Membership

ATLAS is an independent organization of public libraries in northeastern Illinois.

All RAILS public libraries are invited to join. Membership is by institution and allows your staff to attend events at a discounted rate.

Most meetings and workshops will take place at public libraries in the south/southwest suburbs of Chicago. Please take into consideration the distance you may need to travel to attend our meetings.

Membership benefits include:

• Reduced rates for all continuing education events

• Networking and mentoring at the monthly Directors' Discussion Group

• Career building opportunities

• Grant participation opportunities

• Avenues of communication not available through the library system.
